Artwork or masters not ready?
If your artwork or master content is not ready to send or it’s being supplied from elsewhere, you can still send and book in your order with us, and email us later with download links to design and content.
Can I cancel the order after I send it?
Yes, sending the order details does not incur any costs, and the project can be cancelled free of charge.
Once we receive the order details, we create an account and book in your job.
An email of final PDF proofs of your artworks are sent to you for final checks and approval before any manufacture starts.
We only start print and manufacture after receiving your final sign-offs.
Orders can still be cancelled after approval but may be subject to any costs incurred.
When do I make payment?
We’ll send you an invoice for payment only after we have received your final sign-offs and approval.
